Certified CORE Structural Integration Therapist

Structural Integration is the body of work originally developed by Ida P. Rolf, Ph.D. Dr. Rolf developed the work that she called Structural Integration, and that her early followers termed "Rolfing®"1. There are now many schools of Structural Integration that trace their lineage back to Dr. Rolf's teaching. The common elements in training include organizing and integrating the human structure in the field of gravity, facilitating more vertical alignment, and the use of the ten-session protocol developed by Dr. Rolf to achieve the results.

The CORE Structural Integration certification is a 320 classroom-hour program that includes outside reading and clinical practice.

Certified CORE Myofascial Therapist

Myofascial Release lengthens deep layers of muscle and connective tissue to help relieve tension and pain, improve flexibility and improve alignment. This coursework was a precursor to the Structural Integration training at the CORE Institute.

Certified Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy (APIT)

APIT uses injection of sterilized homeopathic and Chinese herbal remedies into specific acupuncture points. In Chinese medicine, acupuncture points are theorized to lie along various meridians. These meridians have functional relationships with blood and energy flow in the body. In other words, these meridians connect and integrate one region of the body with another. Stimulating acupuncture points with an acupuncture needle can have certain therapeutic results; Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy combines the therapeutic actions of the injectable natural solutions with the therapeutic regulating principles of acupuncture, for heightened effectiveness.
